Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 5:30 PM via Zoom.

All members are invited to join us online for updates on bargaining, union business, financial reports, and more. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and take part in important discussions about the direction of our union.

Participation and Registration

Invitations to register for the meeting will be sent by email. If we do not have your current email address, please update your contact details using this form: Action Network – Contact Information Update.

Members can join the Zoom meeting using any smartphone, tablet, or computer. For optimal participation, download the Zoom app before the AGM: zoom.us/download.

Voting: In order to vote during the AGM, you must join on your own device using the Zoom app.

How We Meet

Our meetings have been held on Zoom for three years, supporting members from across southern Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. We continue to refine our virtual engagement, including electronic voting and video conferencing.
